What about boating?  Motors?  yes all types are allowed! 20 ft. in length with the exception of pontoon boats, which must be 28ft or less.  250 HP for I/O – 290 HP for Inboard and 225hp for Outboard – Jet Skis allowed (there is a waiting list to register jet skis)– (Max 60)

Do you have a marina?  Yes – full service/sales new and used boats. Gas and Repairs too! Snacks and bait – they got it all!

Can we water-ski? Sure can – Sun up till sundown!

Are there dues to pay? Yes – annual dues – this year $799.00 per lot w/home

What’s included?  Roads, beaches, green area maintenance, manager and staff, garbage pick up, security, lifeguards, fish stocking and more!

 Is there an association?  Yes – we are members of LHPOA, private and not for profit

What type of water service?  Private water service, water is treated and delivered through water towers.

What about sewers?  Each home has a private septic system.

Where’s the Schools – The schools are located in Sandwich and Somonauk – all children are bussed.

How close is the nearest hospital?  Right in town Sandwich – 5 minutes
